‘Tis that time of year again! Oh gooddie!! 😧
Firstly, our studio hours remain as normal from now thru Dec 23rd. That means we’re working straight thru until December 23rd. Then we’re closed thru New Year, reopening Jan 5th. We’re taking 2 weeks to relax, catch up on our holidays and celebrate our wedding anniversary. Phones will be off. Laptops closed. Please dispatch carrier pigeon if the place is burning down.
All orders currently in hand will all be completed on time, no problem.
Orders received from next week onwards will be completed in the new year (please add the 2 weeks studio closing to the usual lead times).
SO, everything from this point forward is time critical. I will just go ahead and apologize in advance for being a little frazzled. I never mean to be rude, but this is the season for meeting immovable deadlines, working thru the night, wishing I had elves to help, trying to ignore everyone on the naughty list, being decidedly cheerful in the face of vendor mis-ships, handling the UPS Sleigh mistakes with grace, and still beat Santa to the finish line.
