Processing times
Dresses are shipped the next business day. If you are providing your own shipping label, then the order will ship one business day after receipt of label.
Rates
Customers can purchase a UPS shipping service within the shopping cart. Alternatively, customers can elect to purchase their own UPS shipping labels via 3rd party services. The responsibility is the customer’s to email them ahead of shipping. More detailed information is available here.
Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
If your order is damaged in transit, please take photos immediately and email them to us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Please await further instructions before you take any further action. DO NOT DISCARD ANYTHING. Law Enforcement and/or Insurance Assessors may need to inspect the damaged item(s).
