PAYMENTS
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, for any reason.
Photographs, descriptions, measurements and any pertinent information is provided ahead of sale. Measurements of each garment are noted in the product descriptions of Ready To Ship dresses. Dresses created in the LITL program follow stated generic measurements. Please measure your child. There are no refunds for garments that do not fit.
If additional info / measurements are required by you, please make such a request before purchasing.
FINANCING
Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility, may not be available in all states, and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders.
CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license.
PayPal may also offer customers financing within the checkout area.
Gemics has no input into any decision of 3rd parties offering any financing. These general market options ( via Affirm and PayPal ) are made available as a courtesy.
PAYMENT PLANS
Upon request, Gemics LLC will raise a PayPal invoice against which customers can make payments at their leisure. Orders paid for in this manner are not started until payment is received in full. Gemics LLC will make a genuine attempt to complete orders within 30 days of final payment.
All payments, including Deposits, Installments and Partial Payments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
GENERAL CONSENT & THE UPLOADING OF IMAGES
- Marketing Emails By completing your purchase on this site you will be able to provide consent to receive an email invitation to review your order(s). If your location dictates that explicit consent is required for Gemics LLC to send review reminders, please be advised that the ‘Customer Consent’ option at checkout is available to you.
- Customer Reviews Reviews and Testimonial opportunities both have the option of uploading images. You are responsible for the adequate editing of these pictures to maintain privacy and personal security.
- Uploading of Images ( For the purposes of Reviews and Roll of Honor Inclusion ) By uploading images that feature a minor child, you are certifying that you are the legal guardian of the featured minor, and that you are providing agreement to Gemics LLC to use the image anywhere on its website and across all Social Media platforms on which Gemics LLC is a registered account holder. All edits to the photos must be made by you. It will be understood that the legal guardian submitting the photo(s) is agreeing to the publishing of the image(s) exactly as they are received.
ON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE
Please open the box immediately upon receipt and inspect for any damage or flaws. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. After this time, no dispute will be entered into.
LIABILITY
By purchasing from Gemics LLC, you agree to absolve Gemics LLC, its owners, officers and employees from all harm and responsibility in the event of injury to you or your child incurred through the use of its garments. This also includes any persons who borrow your Gemics dress/outfit. Dresses & Outfits may include small parts that can sharp and be harmful if swallowed. Garments are not to be worn unsupervised.
Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
RETURNS & SHIPPING
The only reason permitted for the return of a dress is if the standard of workmanship can be considered as being defective. Do not return your purchase without requesting an RMA#.
After obtaining an RMA#, pack the product back into the original box, tape it securely closed, remove the original shipping label and replace it with your own. Drop off at an authorized UPS shipper the following business day.
Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been delivered to us. Until your dress is back in possession of Gemics LLC, it is your responsibility. ONLY UPS SHIPPING IS AUTHORIZED. Since this item not the property of Gemics LLC, we cannot mandate how it is packaged or even that that it is insured, but secure packaging and insurance is highly recommended.
Your dress will be attended to immediately upon receipt. It will be return shipped as soon as the required work is completed.
We ship according to the UPS published delivery schedules. Shipping notifications are emailed and Tracking is always provided.
If the option to provide your own shipping label is selected at checkout, you are responsible for emailing the PDF shipping label to studio@gemics.com in a timely fashion.
