We design and create dresses which we absolutely love doing!

We love talking with our customers, but we only get paid to create their dresses.

This program is not "for everyone". We know this, but we cannot be all things to all people.

This program cuts thru the noise and gets the job done 🙂

Here's what it is:

Customers are offered a very fast turnaround time (5 weeks from start to finish)

Designed and created by a very trusted and reputable designer

For a very fair price (you get what you pay for)

With minimal comms because we can't chat and work at the same time.

All questions and concerns are addressed same day. Our clients are the most important people on the planet.

Here's what it's not:

This program puts at your disposal the very best we can offer. If you don't know what you want, then please take a moment to figure that out before you jump on board. This is really not the program for that.

IMPORTANT

• There is an element of consultation, but it is not a daily process. You either need to know what you would like or you are happy to leave it to Lou from the outset. This is not a program that offers the consultation that is associated with traditional custom design.

• The program has a 5-week lead-time, regardless of whether you take up the offer of the payment plan, or not.

• You will not receive updates and progress reports during the first 3 weeks of this process. There is just not anything to report or share for the duration of the payment plan.

• Pics of pinned trims will be shared ahead of committing to the final design. We need to make sure we are all on the same page!

• A full photo shoot and video will be shared with you ahead of shipping.

• Tracking is always provided by email. We only ship UPS Ground.
