Refunds are only authorized on the grounds of defective workmanship. If this is the case, you must notify Gemics LLC in writing within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If your return is authorized, you will be issued an RMA Number which must be written on the outside of the box. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for it until we receive it. On return receipt by Gemics LLC, your refund will be issued within 24 hours. Any additional shipping & insurance costs incurred by you are non-refundable.
