Blue sequin base fun fashion. Shoulder straps decorated with rhinestones and rhinestone snowflakes. Body is decorated with a lace applique stoned out to match the rhinestone and pearl detail snowflakes, a nod to a certain princess character. Our outfit is suitable as a Charater wear, Christmas or Winter theme outfit.

Our mesh undershirt is a bonus if you want the stoned sleeve look and high neck of the icy charater! It can be worn with or without. It is a stretch mesh in which it should be a snug fit.
Full and fluffy snowflake tulle skirt cape hooks on at the back.
Sized 18/3 small 4t ( please check measurement photos). Simple alterations can be done here to accommodate your fit, if possible.
Comes with decorated hairbow on clip, with a separate headband.
The extender socks safety pin inside, if you need extra length
We recommend your blue / silver shoes, sandals to complete the look.

Fabric is stretch velvet, lined, soft and very flexible.
Chest as shown is unstretched, this can go up to 23"
Undershirt is chest 19 -22" snug fit so please check it.
Sleeve length 12" wrist 6" has stretch to get over her hand. Bicep is " with stretch 7" unstretched
Crotch to bottom of the bell bottom 13". We can provide extender "socks" that we pin into the leg to give extra length (message if required - there is no extra cost).
Shoulder to bottom of the bell bottom 31". Again this can be extended with the "socks".
Girth ( the measurement of her trunk ) from the top of her shoulder thru the legs and back up to the shoulder, this is 37" at shortest shoulder setting unstretched, and can go 41" with the shoulders out and especially if your little girl is out of diapers. ( you will need the extenders for this).
