Description

A super cute & very versatile outfit in St Patrick's Day theme.

White all sequin stretch  body suit is separate to the vest and skirt.  It can be worn without the skirt portion.

Leg ruffles are attached above the white sequin bell bottoms, the under ruffle is movable with pins to shorten / lengthen the leg.

Little hat is on a pair of clips and comes with a headband
