What to Expect :

  - There is an element of consultation, but it is not a daily process.

- After receipt of this booking form, Lou will check in with you to go over the basic details.

- The program has a 5-week lead-time, regardless of whether you take up the offer of the payment plan, or not.

- You will not receive updates and progress reports during the first 3 weeks of this process. There is just not anything to report or share. 

- Pics of pinned trims will be shared ahead of committing to the final design. We need to make sure we are all on the same page!

- A full photo shoot and video will be shared with you ahead of shipping.

- Tracking is provided.
