A seaside feel in a  combination of emerald and peacock blue mix in the skirt, hemmed in emerald.  peacock bodice with turquoise, seafoam, royal blue and green trims that are stoned to match. Ruffle shoulders with blinged out detail allows the shoulder straps to be adjustable. Chest : 21.5" - 24" photos are taken over the decorated bodice so it can go smaller.

Shoulder to Hem : 17"  - 20.5"  depending on the childs shoulders this can go a little longer.
