18/3 small 4t ( please check measurement photos). Can go smaller if we pin the bell bottoms. Can go longer with the ruffle extenders pinned in.

Simple alterations can be done here to accommodate your fit, if possible.

Comes with hair bow and separate headband.

The extender socks safety pin inside, if you need extra length

We recommend your yellow or silver shoes to complete the look.

Fabric is stretch , lined, soft and very flexible.

Chest as shown is unstretched, this can go up to 22.5" possible 23"

Crotch to bottom of the leg 13" without extenders

Shoulder to bottom of the bell bottom 29.5 / 30" .

Girth ( the measurement of her trunk ) from the top of her shoulder thru the legs and back up to the shoulder, this is 39" and can go 41"  especially if your little girl is out of diapers.
