RENTALS
BOOKINGS / CANCELLATIONS / FINANCING
A copy / pic of a Valid ID, and your agreement to these T & C of Trade are required for booking. The address on your ID must match the delivery adress that the outfit will be shipped to.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, the cancellation of your pageant.
Balances of Deposits paid are required, at a minimum, 7 calendar days before your pageant. Failure to complete your payment(s) in a timely manner will result in the cancellation of your order. Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility, may not be available in all states, and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license.
Gemics has no input into any decision of 3rd parties offering any financing. These general market options ( via Affirm and PayPal ) are made available to you as a courtesy.
Measurements of each garment are noted in the product descriptions. Please measure your child. There are no refunds for garments that do not fit. If additional measurements are required by you, please make such a request before booking.
SHIPPING
We ship according to the UPS published delivery schedules to have your order(s) delivered to you by the Friday before your pageant. Tracking is always provided via email. A return UPS shipping label is provided with your order. This shipping label must be used for the return.
ON RECEIPT OF RENTED OUTFIT
Do not discard the packaging materials. You will need to return the item using all these materials.
A return shipping label will be included in the box. An inventory list is also included. Please keep these safe.
USE AND CARE OF RENTED OUTFITS
NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere near the outfit.
(There will be a $40 cleaning charge if the outfit is returned smelling of smoke.)
No food or drink is to be consumed while wearing the outfit.
Do not attempt cleaning or dry cleaning.
Do not attempt any alterations.
Do not use pins, (any) glue, etc.
Do not leave outfit(s) in hot environments.
Please request assistance BEFORE proceeding to address any issues you are experiencing.
LIABILITY and RESPONSIBILITY
While the outfit is in your care, you are responsible for it. Reasonable wear and tear is acceptable. However, missing attachments ( such as bows, capes etc ) will be charged for, as will any significant damage of an outfit resulting in the need for major repairs or replacement. A list of all accompanying accessories, and their respective replacement costs, is included with your order for your convenience in ensuring the complete outfit is returned.
By renting from Gemics LLC, you agree to absolve Gemics LLC, its officers and employees from any harm and responsibility in the event of injury to you or your child incurred through the use of its garments. Outfits may include small parts that can be harmful if swallowed.
You are responsible for the timely return of the item. You are required to return ship the following Monday using the packaging and shipping label provided. There are no exceptions. If an item has not been shipped back on the Monday, then it is regarded as stolen and you will be referred to your local Law Enforcement.
Gemics LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, for any reason.
Gemics LLC reserves the right to update it's terms of service and policies at any time, without prior notice.
Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Reviews and Testimonial opportunities both have the option of uploading images. You are responsible for the adequate editing of these pictures to maintain privacy and personal security.
RETURN SHIPPING
Pack the outfit back into the original box, tape it securely closed, remove the original shipping label, apply the supplied return label, and drop off at an authorized UPS shipper before 5pm on the Monday after your pageant.
Keep your shipping receipt until your outfit is back with us.
In the event that Monday is a Holiday and UPS is closed, then you are to ship the next business day.
Please use this link below to email a copy of your license, if we do not already have it on file. This is necessary ahead of shipping any rental outfits to you.

Please open the box immediately upon receipt and inspect for any damage or flaws. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

RETURNS
If the product is defective, do not return your purchase without requesting an RMA#.
After obtaining an RMA#, pack the product back into the original box, tape it securely closed, remove the original shipping label, apply the supplied return label, and drop off at an authorized UPS shipper on the next business day.
Keep your shipping receipt until your return is back with us.
Your refund will be processed the next business day. Refunds are only made to the original funding source.
