I’ve got a HUGE favor to ask of all customers. Every 4 years or so there seems to be a noticeably larger wave of new moms who need help. I think we’re in one of these cycles now. I only know about dress design, so I’m only looking at this need for education & information from my itsy bitsy perspective. LITL dresses are new to this group.
This year, so far, we’ve created 50 dresses. This is terrific news and we are beyond happy to be part of so many wardrobes – Whether you rented or purchased a Gemics dress, it matters not. It’s all goooood! 😍
The LITL program rests on the premise that potential customers know a little about Gemics. The program requires customers to, quite literally, leave it to me to “do my thing”. You either trust me, or you don’t. You either like what I create, or you don’t. I know that I cannot be all things to all people, which is why the program is quite narrowly defined. I appreciate that the program is not the answer to everyone’s needs. Even though the program’s scope is clearly written down, people aren’t looking for something lengthy to read. They just want a dress. Customers are usually referred by friends. New customers listen to those that have gone before! Can you help me teach them?
Could I please ask all those who have worked with us to please either leave a review against the dress you purchased (listed in the Gallery), or leave a quick & honest testimonial? I’m really looking for customers to note the communication that takes place (for financial as well as design reasons) and how you felt during the process. I’m looking for your experiences to provide context to the process.
Huge thanks for helping. For all these years, peacefully sitting in my chair, listening to my music, working with millions and millions and millions of stones, breathing way too many glue fumes, having deep and meaningful conversations with my mannequins day and night, we have been saying and believing that we are what we are because of what our customers allow us to be. You’re all truly wonderful. Thanks again!
