Given the current weather, we are reminding customers that we have now included a provision in our T's&C's to assist customers who have rented outfit(s) but who then could not attend the event. We are allowing for the store credit of rented items provided that the order has not yet shipped.
Gemics LLC reserves the right to ship orders at the time they deem necessary for the order to arrive in time, as per the rental date booked. This means that even though the typical ship day is Monday, Gemics may decide to ship the Friday before in the event of inclement weather (for example). You will know when the order ships by the email confirmation of tracking info that you will have received.
Refunds are only issued as a store credit. To redeem the store credit customers will need to log into their accounts, select a rental item and apply the credit at checkout. Store credits are valid for 3 months. The actual rental date range is not limited. 'Replacement' orders need to be placed within 3 months, with a wear date of up to 2 years in the future. ( That's excessive, but it is the limit of the inline rental calendars).
Rental dates can be altered only once (Store credits are limited to a single use per customer, per item). It's a Use-It-Or-Lose-It proposition. No guarantees are made or implied that the same item will be available for a future date. Store credits can be used as partial payments.
