Currently, we offer a Flat Rate UPS Ground shipping option at checkout. This represents a very good average cost anywhere within the Lower 48. But a good average cost means that for half our customers it is not the best price. Not everyone lives conveniently close to an authorized UPS facility!

Alternatively, enabling the regular UPS costing calculator on our website would make shipping a very expensive option. This holds true regardless of your location.

In our opinion, offsetting the costs of shipping is necessary, but it should not be a profit source. So we're offering you a choice at checkout.

This shipping charge relates only to getting your order to you. In the case of rentals, the return shipping label is included in the box. The cost of which is included in your rental price.

We highly encourage customers to make full use of this option. Setting up a 3rd Party shipping app ( such as Pirate Ship ) is easy and its free. It is mandatory that you use a UPS shipping service. Generate your UPS label and email it us. You will not need to print your own label - just send us the pdf file. We will take care of the rest. You'll need these details:

If you are providing your own shipping label, you are responsible for sending the label in a timely manner. We will confirm receipt.

Purchased items will be ready to ship the following day, or as soon as you provide a label.

Rentals ship on the Monday before your pageant. Labels must be received by 9am on the Monday of shipping

No label = No ship
