I rented the Snow Rose dress from Gemics for my daughter's pageant, and it was absolutely breathtaking! This dress is truly one of a kind, featuring gorgeous feather and rhinestone details that added such an elegant touch. The design was stunning, and the best part was how easy it was to adjust the rhinestone shoulder straps to perfectly fit my daughter’s height.
She felt like a princess the moment she stepped into it, and it definitely showed on stage—she won Prettiest Dress in her age division! I’m so grateful to Gemics for helping make this such a memorable pageant experience. Their custom dresses create the kind of special moment that every pageant participant deserves. Every item available to rent is listed by size and category. You can easily get to where you want to be from the home page.
Open any item for a full description, measurements and pics. From the inline calendar you can see when the item is booked / available.

Booking
To book, select the Friday of the weekend you need. Rentals are booked from Friday thru Sunday and are returned on Monday. If you have any questions regarding the fit, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order. Please see the link below for help with measurements.
All rentals are only confirmed after confirmation that the name and address on your ID matches the name and shipping address of the order you placed. There are absolutely no exceptions.
Payments
Multiple items, across multiple rental dates can be combined at a single checkout. 50% deposits can be made on all rentals that are more than 14 days out from your rental date. You have the choice to make a deposit or pay in full.
PayPal, Venmo and all major credit / debit cards are accepted.
You have the opportunity to apply to PayPal or Affirm for financing. Decisions to approve or decline applications are the responsibility of the respective lenders. Gemics LLC has no leverage in this regard.
Shipping (to & from)
We will ship to you on the Monday before your booked date and you will receive tracking via email.
You have a choice of shipping. We offer the regular UPS cost calculator within the store, or you can elect to provide your own shipping label. If you choose to provide your own label, it must be UPS Ground, and you must email the pdf file to us in time. We will confirm receipt.
We provide the return shipping label. You will find it inside the box.

Alterations and Care
There is no Renter-Renter shipping. All rented items are shipped from our studio directly to you and are returned to us for cleaning, inspection and any necessary TLC. Cleaning each outfit between uses is not only a legal requirement to keep you safe, it is important to the ongoing upkeep of our inventory and the next renter's experience.
We will undertake any minor alterations for you ahead of shipping. There is no reason for you to use any type of glue or pin, so please do not!
Points & Rewards Program
Our program is centered around 2 key elements. The first is the accumulation of points based on your purchase/rental activity. The second element rewards customers for engaging with posts & pages on/from this site. Reviewing a rental or purchased product is rewarded. There are also bonuses for first order placed, your birthday, and your Gemics anniversary.
Make sure you have a User Account (which is free and quick). Make sure you're logged in when interacting with our content and your points are automatically tallied up and can be viewed within your account at any time. Rewards are also posted in that area. Go to your Account Settings tab to enter your DOB if you wish to claim your birthday bonus. (Just select last year's birthday because scrolling back in time has no benefit. Day and month is all the system needs to award the bonus).
You will see all earned points posted as soon as the item you ordered is shipped.
