Our Rental Program is Deliberately Different.

We Are a Design Studio Renting the Products We Create.

Your Enhanced Gemics Experience is Everything!

• There is no Renter-Renter shipping. Why is this important? Your outfits are being shipped directly to you from our studio in pristine condition. Your order will ship as promised. It will be complete. It will be in excellent condition. You will receive tracking.
• We provide the return shipping label. We've taken as much stress as possible out of the return. All you'll need to do is
  • 1. put your outfit back in the dress bag it arrived in,
  • put the bag back into the box it arrived in,
  • tape it closed securely,
  • remove the original shipping label and attach the label provided, and
  • Drop the box off at a UPS authorized shipping location by 5pm Monday.
• We will undertake any minor alterations ahead of shipping. Because we create every item available we rent, we are best positioned to undertake any repairs or alterations. Any alterations required MUST! be undertaken by us before the outfit is shipped. There is no reason for you to have to use any kind of glue or pin, so please do not!
• Every outfit is cleaned between rentals. Bringing every rental back "home" for an inspection and any TLC needed is critical in maintaining a great looking outfit. Cleaning each outfit between uses is not only a legal requirement to keep you safe. It is also important to the ongoing upkeep of our inventory.
• There is an inventory checklist enclosed with the shipping label. Please make sure that all checked items are included in the box when you receive and return the garment.

BEFORE BOOKING

1. Please make sure we have a copy of your gov't issued I.D. on file. The address on your I.D. must match the shipping address of your order.
2. Please take a moment to understand your shipping options. You will need to make a selection at checkout.
